Brits advised not to travel to Tunisia

The Foreign Office has just issued a statement advising against “all but essential travel” to Tunisia and is advising anyone who is currently there to arrange return travel to the UK.

Anyone on a package holiday should contact their tour operator – Thomson, Thomas Cook and First Choice have said they will return people early. Anyone who made their own travel arrangements should arrange to return using the commercial flights which are running to the UK.

There are extra flights being arranged this weekend (11th/12th July 2015).

Anyone with a booked holiday to Tunisia in the coming weeks should contact their tour operator or airline to discuss options available.
