UK urged to relax Tunisia travel ban

Tunisia has asked the UK government to relax its advice warning “against all but essential travel to the country”.

Travel to the country has been extremely low this year, some figures reporting a 90% drop in visitors from the UK to the country so far this year.

The Foreign Office said the safety of British nationals was its main concern and that it constantly reviews its travel advice.
