Pilot buys pizza for stranded passengers

We love a good customer service story and this one is great.

A pilot of a Frontier Airlines aircraft which was delayed on the tarmac for 2 hours decided to give his passengers a treat and ordered 35 large Dominos pizzas for the 160 people on board.

The pilot, Mr Bradner said he wanted to make sure that his passengers left “with a smile on their face”. The CEO of of the company has praised his for his actions and offered to reimburse him for the pizzas.
