Single vs multi-trip insurance

Travel insurance is often one of the things everyone forgets about until the last minute.
Whilst not always compulsory it’s definitely worth having. Its all too easy to assume you won’t need it (and hopefully you won’t). However, medical bills abroaf can easily mount up and you may find yourself needing to pay thousands of pounds for care that we are used to being free in the UK.
Before you take out a policy always compare the cost and cover details of multi-trip vs single trip insurance.  Also if travelling witg a family or friends look at group or family cover as these can work out cheaper for yhe same or better cover.
